To maintain a fair and healthy community on Moovup platform, we hope that all of our registered employers can comply with the following guidelines when using our platform to post jobs. This is for the protection of our job seekers and so that we could build a fair ecosystem for both job seekers and employers. If any registered employers have violated any of the following guidelines, your employer account and/or job posts may be suspended without prior notice.

Provide the correct company name

Employers must provide the correct company name when registering so that job seekers can understand the relevant information of the company.

Do not repeatedly post for the same vacancy

Employers should not post the same job vacancies repeatedly. This is to ensure the quality of recruitment on the platform and avoid duplicate information. Therefore, do not use the same or similar job titles or words to advertise for the same vacancy. If necessary, please end the original job post before posting a new one.

Choose the correct job category

Employers should choose the correct job category for their job posts so that job seekers can easily search for the job post and increase the chance for the employer to receive suitable applications.

Provide a clear job description and work location

Employers should clearly state the responsibilities and work location of the position in the job post. This will enhance transparency and make it easier for job seekers to understand the details of the position. This will improve the user experience for job seekers and can help attract suitable job seekers.

No fraudulent or illegal elements

Employers should not post any job posts that contain fraudulent or illegal elements. All job posts on the Moovup platform must comply with Hong Kong laws (including Hong Kong labour laws).
